Dosage and preparation
Day 1 – 1/2 teaspoon – in the morning or at any time during the day.
Day 2 – 1 teaspoon and increase gradually day by day.
Mix diatomaceous earth into water or juice and drink immediately before the diatomaceous earth begins to settle to the bottom. The temperature of the drink should be at room temperature, not hot.
The next days we gradually add according to the feelings upto the amount of 1 tablespoon and continue with this amount for 90 days.
If we notice side effects, such as dizziness, constipation, nausea and others, we will reduce the dose to the dose from the previous day. These symptoms mean that we have an intoxicated organism and the body does not manage to excrete toxins. If we are asymptomatic, that’s fine, your body is not so intoxicated. Take Diatomite every day without a break, it is important due to the development stage of parasites. Diatomaceous earth is best used in the morning on an empty stomach.
