Yerba Santa means “holy herb” in Spanish, as it was called by Christian missionaries who were amazed by its healing effects. These pure plant incense bundels create an uplifting scent and are ideal for protecting and cleansing people and the surrounding area. It is traditionally used as an incense to neutralize harmful energies and support healing ceremonies. Yerba Santa is considered sacred by Native American and Spanish culture.
Instructions for use
Light the bundle at one end, let it burn a little and blow out the flame. Let it simmer gently. The ritual smoking of body is traditionally performed by moving from top to bottom along the auric body, smoking of a room in done with a circular motion counterclockwise around the room.
