Incense Bundles Yerba Santa “Holy Herb”

Yerba Santa means “holy herb” in Spanish, as it was called by Christian missionaries who were amazed by its healing effects. Instructions for use

Light the bundle at one end, let it burn a little and blow out the flame. Let it simmer gently. The ritual smoking of body is traditionally performed by moving from top to bottom along the auric body, smoking of a room in done with a circular motion counterclockwise around the room.
