Mix 20 drops in half cup of water and sip slowly, 3 times a day  up to bottle ends or or until symptoms subside.

For people with critical liver problems is very important not to make abrupt changes in the liver with high doses, so you should start with low doses, then the liver is slowly cleansing and readapt to normal function, without affecting other organs.
