If you like cocoa, then you definitely have to try these cocoa nibs – little crisps. They are completely homemade. Cocoa was grown by an elder woman from the Raquira region in Colombia, and roasted in a pan by Pavel and Sandra, who live on a mountain, who added sugar too.
Cocoa was cultivated with great care without artificial fertilizers and sprays, perfectly fermented and carefully separated from the skin. Such are cocoa nibs from Colombia, a country with ideal weather.
Cocoa nibs, lightly roasted, crushed and peeled cocoa beans for your breakfast or for desserts. It is also suitable for fruit salads, chocolate brownies, etc.
Direct imported from Colombia
Colombian climate is ideal for growing cocoa trees. But it is not so widespread due to the cultivation of traditional crops such as tea and an abundance of spices.
Another advantage of Colombia is high standard and focus on the processing of agricultural production. Therefore, the fermentation is carried out to perfection and these cocoa nibs smell and taste awesome.
