Spiritual Phytotherapy Tincture from Colombia – Armonía / “Harmony”

It is an extract from different plants and aromatics allowing calm, relieve and reduce stress or depression in different people. Its main component is the Arnica, scientific name Senecio adglacialis. This plant  grows in the mountains in a temperate climate. The arnica is a vulnerable plant “vulnus” which means injury, this allows restoration and healing of different wounds,  traumas  in the physical and  emotional level.

Dosage

It depends on the level of anxiety, or stress. 

Moderate stress:  Mix 20 drops in half cup of water and sip slowly, 3 times a day  up to bottle ends or or until symptoms subside.

Exhausted stress: Mix 25 drops in half cup of water and sip slowly, 3 times a day  up to bottle ends or until symptoms subside.

Note: A treatment is normally 3 bottles of 22ml, but it depends on the evolution of each person.
