Wooden Decoration Svarga

Unique decoration “Svarga” made of pine plywood from our great friend Zdeněk from Brno, made with laser technology. The product is light, caressing, smells wonderfully saturated with wood and has many uses. It has a small hole that you can use to hang it on the wall.

Svarga is the symbol of Svarog, the son of Rod, the Sun God and the Father of our universe and everything in it. Svarog is the “heavenly blacksmith”. It was he who struck the Alatyr stone and created the other gods from red-hot sparks. He is the creator and guardian of the sacred fire and is believed to be associated with the hearth in every human abode.

In Proto-Slavic language, the word svarga or svaržice refers to a swastika, a solar symbol. It is still used today in folk culture and in the neo-pagan movement, for example on houses, embroidery and Easter eggs, historically also in the Catholic and Orthodox churches.

The Svarga symbol is another variant of the Flower of Life, one of its variants is actually the center of the Flower of Life, which is often referred to as the basic symbol of the so-called sacred geometry.
