This Bobinsana rapé from the Brazilian Ashaninka tribe was sent to us by our friend Rafa, who lives on the outskirts of Sao Paolo and often travels to the Indians, supporting them in their traditional work.

This rapé is a very unique and special rapé, it contains, in addition to Mapacho tobacco (Nicotiana rustica), also leaves from the Bobinsana tree (Calliandra angustifolia) – we also have dried leaves from it at Pachamama Herbs here, which are used for a delicious medicinal tea. Rapé also contains ash from the Tsunu tree (Platycyamus regnellii).

This rapé is medium to strong, it helps in the process of spiritual awakening, the Indians use this rapé during joint ceremonies also with the intention of a deeper connection with music and dance.
