Shawandawa MULATEIRO from Brazil, rapé SAMPLE 0.2 g
€ 0.96 incl. VAT
In stock
A blend of rapé Mulateiro from the Brazilian Shawandawá Indians was sent to us by our friend Rafa.
It’s a classic two-ingredient rapé, it contains tobacco Mulateiro (botanically Calycophyllum spruceanum). The Mulateiro tree can grow up to 30 meters tall. During the summer months, it produces an abundance of white, aromatic flowers, which form elongated fruit- pods with 3-5 seeds inside. The tree sheds its bark to prevent infestation by fungi, epiphytes and lianas. The smooth green bark is something like a sunburnt man. The older the tree gets, the more its bark will be unpeeled. It bears fruit between July and November, and the seeds are dispersed by wind and water.
