Handmade and Fair Trade from Indonesia

These candles are handmade in Indonesia by a Fair Trade (WFTO certified) company. The production of the candles is deliberately done by hand to offer work to as many people as possible. Eighty percent of the workers are women. The candles are packaged in recyclable packaging, so they are environmentally friendly.

Instructions for use

• Light for at least an hour to ensure best burning efficiency, but no longer than 4 hours straight.
• Shorten the wick to 0.5 cm in length each time the candle is lit
• The candle is burnt when the last inch of wax remains. Then the wick can float away.

Safety!

• Do not leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep the lit candle out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not place in a drafty area, this will reduce the burning time and risk the candle tipping over and starting a fire.
• Place on a heat-resistant surface.
