Greek Sage – incense bundle from Albania by Pavel
€ 13.07 – € 17.44 incl. VAT
Greek sage (Salvia Fruticosa) is traditionally used for purification in various rituals and ceremonies. When compared to the white sage (Salvia Apiana) from California, you will find that the Greek sage is much more subtle. It is lovingly hand-picked in the hills along the subtropical shores of the azure blue Ionian Sea in Albania. Its scent is fresh, with feminine energy and a hint of lemon. Slow drying in the sun makes the scent and strength of this sage very special.

How to incense with Greek sage
Light a bunch of sage over a candle, burning match or lighter. If it catches fire, blow it out. The ends of the leaves should slowly smoulder, releasing thick smoke. You can inhale the smoke lightly for internal cleansing. For external cleansing, walk the smoldering bundle around the area you want to cleanse. After cleansing, place the sage bundle on a ceramic plate. If you do not blow on it, it will stop smoldering on its own.
