Quality and traditional Chinese porcelain is made this way: Kaolin, feldspar and quartz, which are commonly used for porcelain clay, are mixed with a minimum of 35% ash. This creates the strongest type of porcelain that exists and creates a specific ivory color. Due to its composition, porcelain can be fired at a temperature of approx. 1250 °C.
