Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) is a shrubby tree growing to a height of 4 – 6 meters. It grows along streams and rivers in South America (Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia). It has beautiful pink or red flowers. In the Amazon, shamans use a tincture from leaves to open and harmonize the heart, to increase empathy and to strengthen the connection with nature and for spiritual grounding.

Infusion preparation:
Mix 1 – 2 tsp with 1/4 liter boiling water, let stand for 15 minutes and then strain. Enjoy its nice flavor. Take at most twice a day.
Warning:
Not suitable for women who want to get pregnant. It shouldn’t also be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding. It is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
