Production
Traditional craftsmanship is required to produce Nature design products.
The Flower-of-Life symbols at the bottom are stamped into the glass base at 600 degrees Celsius (approximately 1100 F). The glass used to produce Nature designer glass is approximately 40% silica sand, which is known to be a high energy medium. The glass for Natures Design glass is completely free of lead or other heavy metals.

Cleaning

The flower of life (chakra) on the underside of the glass (outside) is fired at a temperature of around 600°C and then coated with a protective food-safe coating. The glasses are basically dishwasher safe, but after 500 to 1,000 washes, depending on the hardness of the water and the quality of the detergent, the symbol may begin to fade.
