Tabernanthe Iboga “from uncle Arnaud” (10-30 years), GREAT QUALITY, capsules

High quality root bark powder in vegan capsules (Iboga root bark powder capsules) from the tropical bush Tabernanthe Iboga from Cameroon, sent to us by our friend Uncle Arnaud. Iboga comes from 10-300 year old bushes and is very high quality, so far the best we have had on offer.

Iboga is hand processed and dried under the hot Cameroonian sun. In the Czech Republic, we grind the powder by hand in a wooden mortar in order to preserve as much of the energy of the herbal medicine as possible. Without any other additions, we then fill the crumbs into vegan capsules.

The contents of the capsules is therefore not exactly fine powder, but iboga powder. After several tests, we decided to process the iboga by hand, just like in Africa. The body accepts this medicine very well.

The capsules contain only 100% iboga powder (crumbs), no other fillers or other additives. The contents of the capsules are the same as iboga powder, only in capsules for easier use.

Iboga (Tabernanthe iboga) is a tropical shrub of the Apocynaceae family used as a hallucinogenic and stimulant drug and for the treatment of addiction, to alleviate depression, to communicate with the spiritual world and for other purposes. In West Africa, the bark from the root is consumed for ritual reasons (“Bwiti” tradition). Iboga in small doses stimulates the central nervous system, in large doses it induces hallucinations. Ibogaine, the active alkaloid of iboga, was discovered in 1901, in the 1920s it was recommended as a stimulant for the treatment of neurasthenia, in the 1930s the extract was sold in France as Lambaréné. In the 1960s, reports of hallucinogenic effects began to emerge and it was banned in many countries. It is legal in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
