Cocoa paste is the main ingredient of every quality chocolate. This paste contains no sugar or chemicals and smells and tastes fantastic. This product is essentially mechanically crushed and ground cocoa beans.
In BIO quality. It does not contain any dairy ingredients or added sugar, or any additives (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free).

Cocoa production process:
- fermentation – 120 hours
- drying – 7-10 days in the shade and in the sun
- roasting 104 – 125 degrees

Varieties – Trinitario and Criollo
Packed in a compostable plastic-free bag. Store in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25 °C.
