Our beans smell and taste great. They only went through the stages of drying and fermentation. They are excellent on their own or in RAW recipes, for example caramelized cocoa beans are a fantastic snack that you probably never want. You can also make cocoa tea or homemade muesli.
It comes from an elderly lady who lovingly cares for her cocoa trees.
Country of origin: Colombia, Boyacá province, near the town of Raquira.
They contain high amounts of magnesium and iron.
